本公司独有的算法设计,可在任何定量 PCR 仪上进行基于 SYBR Green 染料法的 real-time qPCR。引物对覆盖所有人类、小鼠、大鼠的基因,可广泛应用于基因表达定量分析。配合所有 SYBR Green mix 试剂,以单链 cDNA 和质粒为模板,经 qPCR 实验验证,每对引物都只获得单一、长度正确且高效扩增的扩增产物,具有高特异性、高扩增效率、宽广的线性范围以及均一的反应条件等特性。每个包装包含特定基因的正反引物对,以水(TE buffer)溶解形式,或者冻干粉形式提供经重悬稀释可获得引物溶液,可直接用于基于SYBR Green 的 real-time qPCR。
