本品含有G6-neo DNA Polymerase、dNTPs、Mg2+离子、蓝色电泳指示剂和缓冲体系。G6-neo DNA Polymerase添加了在常温下能够抑制其5'→3'聚合酶活性和3'→5'外切酶活性的化合物组合,可进行热启动PCR,可室温混样。此外G6-neo DNA Polymerase是基于AI蛋白质突变平台Protein-Evo-Pro筛选出的新一代高保真聚合酶,具有广泛引物Tm兼容性即60℃完成大部分引物的退火(60℃作为PCR退火温度),展现出优异的成功率和特异性。使用过程中PCR体系里面只需加入模板、引物和水即可。本产品含有电泳指示剂,可在PCR反应完成后直接点样进行电泳。

※ 可以等比例降低体系体积,但不要小于20 μL。
* 加入模板量一般基因组10 - 100 ng,病毒或者质粒0.1 - 10 ng,cDNA 1-5μL (未稀释cDNA体积不要超过体系的1/10体积);
全血0.5μL-1μL(过多可能带入EDTA螯合镁离子),叶片直径0.5-1毫米圆片(不要过多),细胞直接加入1000-1万个作为模板。
原则上加入的有效的模板摩尔数在10⁴-10⁵个左右。
B.推荐程序

*退火温度设置:
1.一般情况下退火温度请使用60℃;
2.当上下游引物中的一条引物的Tm值≤50℃或两条引物的Tm均≤50℃,可以尝试55℃作为退火温度(特别是已经尝试了60℃退火温度不满意情况);
3.在退火温度需要额外优化的情况下,建议进行梯度PCR摸索最优退火温度;
#循环内延伸时间设置:
1.多种长度的片段在一个PCR仪里面运行,以最长的片段的延伸时间为准;
†循环数设置:
1.多重PCR请设置为25个循环(注意模板投入量不能太少),循环数过多可能会影响扩增均一性;

Product Description
This product contains G6-neo DNA Polymerase, dNTPs, Mg2+ ions, a blue electrophoresis tracking dye, and an optimized buffer system. The G6-neo DNA Polymerase is formulated with a combination of compounds that inhibit its 5′→3′ polymerase and 3′→5′ exonuclease activities at room temperature. This enables Hot-start PCR and allows for reaction setup at room temperature.Furthermore, G6-neo DNA Polymerase is a next-generation high-fidelity polymerase screened via the AI-driven protein mutation platform Protein-Evo-Pro. It features broad primer Tm compatibility, allowing the majority of primers to complete annealing at 60∘C (using 60∘C as the universal annealing temperature), demonstrating superior success rates and specificity.During use, only the template, primers, and water need to be added to the PCR system. As the product includes an electrophoresis indicator, the PCR products can be directly loaded for gel electrophoresis immediately after the reaction.
